there was track testimonial race yesterday. felt great to run again. not that i'm a sprinter, but it's a feeling of freedom. there was a 400m individual race and a 400m 4 person relay. we won the relay, not surprising la, with fabian andrew and khairul. it was ownage! farewell barbeque tomorrow at elias green. as much as i'm not close to the track team, i think i'm gonna miss the track team.
it's time for me to start running standard chartard 10km run is less then 8 weeks away, i just want to complete it in under an hour. that's my goal for the run.
